"The above-referenced scripture is Jesus' mandate to our church. We are commanded to get outside of the four walls of our building and share the Good News of Christ’s love with people in our community, city and world.
I'm so grateful to God that our church is reaching out now more than ever. Aside from our yearly outreach efforts (Thanksgiving Outreach, Christmas Toy Giveaway), we are now sponsoring consistent outreaches to Pleasant Care Nursing Home and Brother Bennos' Foundation. Recently, we began our Kids' Club Outreach to Laurel Elementary School and our Street Witnessing Ministry. Aside from all of this, the Lord has just blessed us to purchase a 22 passenger bus that will allow us the opportunity to start our Transportation Outreach Ministry to Camp Pendleton and other places. To God be the glory for the great things He is doing!
